The global crisis is not mainly financial and economical, but also social and of morals and principles. Well established ethics as solidarity, collaboration, respect for the fellow man, acceptance of divergence, protection of the environment and of cultural inheritance, that used to be fundamental for the economic, social and territorial growth and coherence of societies, nowadays, more than ever before, are being substituted by indifference, individualism, selfishness, greed, overconsumption and the constant need of enlarging one’s wealth. The self-interest of people forms the foundation of the crisis. At present, there is an urgent necessity for undertaking immediate action, energising oneself and acting collectively with other ‘Responsible Citizens’ and re-establish the ethics and principals of the past, which constituted the cornerstone of economic and social prosperity. Thus each and every one will witness the change and entry into a society and economy with improved living conditions.
